Physical Recovery

Weekly · Group

Foundation Formula IV hydration delivered by Dripping Wellness, a licensed and insured cellular optimization company in South Florida. Sessions run at Calma Wellness or designated sponsor locations.

Mental Performance

Weekly · Group

Joshua Sierra, Sierra Mental Performance. Former collegiate player, current coach, master's candidate in Sports, Exercise & Performance Psychology. Short interactive workshops inside the IV window: confidence through preparation, performing under pressure, resetting after mistakes, visualization, self-talk, athlete identity.

The Athletes

Six founding athletes. Already ours.

Six athletes have signed on so far, with fourteen roster spots still open for Season One. Every founding athlete has an established relationship with Dripping Wellness built through the 2025 to 2026 season, and each will sign a formal Athlete Participation and Consent Agreement before launch.
